This name is that of Pancham Singh Chauhan. He was born in an ordinary family on June 2, 1957. He completed his education with passing M.A. in Philosophy facing a number of obstacles on the path of learning. Related to B.H.E.L. a Government of India undertaking Mr. Chauhan has devoted himself to literature art, Social welfare writings and thinking.
He is engaged in social service through the means of Divine Astrology. Keeping himself a little away from traditional Astrology he makes miraculous predictions through the medium of Krishna murty Paddhati and K. Bhaskaran Paddhati. Shri Chauhan has also the belief that every event in a native's life great or small, even the events of our daily life are predetermined in the form of destiny which can not be changed by any means.

Shri K. Baskaran was born on 05-01-1964 at Bodi, Madurai District, in a big family. Due to circumstance, he could not continue his studies after schooling. However he gathered much experience in different walks of life and acquired sufficient skills and knowledge in various flelds of life. By God's grace, he was attracted towards the mysterious science of Stellar Astrology in his young age. Possessing an uncanny sense of judgement and sharp mind, he committed himself with full dedication and sincerity to unearth its secrets. As a result of his findings, at the foot steps of his great guru Shri K.S. Krishnamoorthy, he has developed a new concept of Astrology as "CUSPAL INTERLINKS". His books "SECRETS OF RPS & THE BIRTH TIME" and " principles of cuspal, interlinks" have received warm recption from readers. Shri Baskaran is at present doing serious research in Steller/Nadi Astrology and is running an Institute & Resarch Centre at Madurai.
